That's right everyone...Bic Soleil Razors are just $.24 cents at Walgreen's. How you ask?!? The razors are normally $6.99 and right now they are on sale for $3.59! If you combine the $2/1 q from the newspaper a few weeks ago, and the $2 Wags q with the sale, it works out to be $.24 each and that is the tax!!! They do not allow overages so one coupon adjusts down to $1.59 and then you pay the tax! Not too bad...$.24 for a $6.99 razor!!!
